Bay Computing Group believes strongly in always seeking feedback from our clients. We meet with our clients on a regular basis to discuss how things are progressing on their network and to further improve on our services. We also conduct annual surveys that are optional for our clients, and we are pleased to report that the response rate and results have been excellent. As a part of our partnership requirements with Microsoft we are required to submit references to them for work we have done with their products. We have already submitted more than 50 of these this year, demonstrating successful projects we have completed.
