How do I schedule an onsite evaluation?
You can either call us at (925) 459-8500 or request a site visit using our Contact Us page. We will make ourselves available at your convenience and can accommodate evening and weekend appointments as required. You will meet with one of our senior IT Mangers to conduct the evaluation. This allows you the opportunity at no cost to get information about technology solutions that can best enable your business to succeed.
Do you serve small companies?
Yes, we specialize in supporting small companies, with our Senior IT Manager serving as your "Chief Information Officer", or CIO, and our team serving as your Information Technology department. This allows small businesses the opportunity to utilize technologies and solutions like much larger companies. We help you determine the best allocation of your resources to drive your business forward. We do not believe in upgrading just to have the "latest-and-greatest." We make our recommendations only to allow for you to grow revenue, reduce your expenses, or to mitigate risk. We are also proud to hold the Small Business Specialist designation from Microsoft.

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, we primarily support Microsoft technologies. Our IT Managers have numerous certifications from Microsoft and many years of experience supporting their products. We recommend solutions that best fit the small business environment, and Microsoft is leading the way in this market. With solutions such as Small Business Server, Retail Management System, Small Business Accounting, and Client Relationship Management, Microsoft offers a comprehensive list of products to serve the small business environment. We are a retail business, how can you help us?
Thanks to Microsoft's new Retail Management System, you can now have a fully integrated POS system with complete inventory management. This system can also integrate directly with your accounting system, by using Small Business Accounting. This solution will also enable multiple units to be rolled up in a central system for the ultimate business analysis tool. We can install and maintain your entire package, and customize it to best suit your requirements.
Will you come on-site and can you help remotely?
We conduct much of our support on-site at a time convenient for you. We schedule our appointments in advance, but can also respond to emergencies. In order to provide the most complete support, we also provide remote support using our CARE System, which allows us to conduct system maintenance and optimization without interrupting your business. This also enables us to respond to emergency situations much more quickly. Remote access is not a requirement, but is highly recommended whenever possible to allow another line of support to your business.
How do you charge for your services?
We offer Service Plans that can be tailored to your specific requirements. We can offer a specific monthly maintenance plan to allow consistent billing or we can work with you on an hourly basis. During your initial consultation, we can determine a plan that will best serve your needs. We can also work on a project basis if that is appropriate.
