COMPLETE DataProtect consists of data-collecting software installed at your location and our offsite COMPLETE DataProtect vault. The client software runs on Windows, Linux and Apple Mac machines, collecting the protected data you designate from your network. COMPLETE DataProtect transmits the data to our vault in de-duplicated, compressed and encrypted format. To provide redundancy, data is replicated to multiple sites and stored at your location.

Along with replication to multiple locations, we store and back up your data to an SAS 70 Type II certified data center located in Phoenix Arizona. This site was chosen because of its minimal risk to catastrophic disasters such as earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, flooding and snow storms.
