With COMPLETE Office, applications and data are delivered and are fully  supported from our secure, state-of-the-art, data center facility. Your employees log into our Data Center from anywhere in the world using any type of computer connected to the Internet. Once logged in, users can access all of their programs, data, email, and any other applications they use to do their jobs. Applications run exactly as if they were running locally. It's almost impossible to tell that the applications are being delivered from our Data Center.

Data Secured At an Out of State Location

Along with replication to multiple locations, all of our data is stored and backed up to an out of state SAS 70 Type II certified data center located in Pheonix Arizona. This site was choosen because of its minimal risk to catastrophic disasters such as earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, flooding and hail.

Access from anywhere
Users can login and work from any computer connected to the Internet from the office, their home, a hotel, or a friend's house.
Use any kind of computer
Users are free to use any compatible electronic device, for example, PC, Macintosh, Windows CE, or thin clients. Wherever and whenever users run applications, they'll look and run exactly the same.
Microsoft Office Hosting & Monitoring
COMPLETE Office can host and constantly monitor the performance of Microsoft Office applications such as Word 2007, Excel 2007, Outlook 2007 and PowerPoint 2007.
Microsoft Exchange and email
Bay Computing Group’s Exchange Servers delivers enterprise-level email and groupware to all of our users.
Virus and spam filtering
All email traffic that enters the COMPLETE Office Center is received, scanned, and cleared of any viruses outside of the perimeter of our network.
The file system storage and backup
COMPLETE Office provides its clients with a secure, privately hosted file system. Just as you would have on a  local network, we offer shared folders, public and private file storage areas, and file permissions.  Your data is then backed up and protected utilizing our COMPLETE DataProtect technology.
Maintenance, upgrades and user support
All application maintenance performed by Bay Computing Group is included and is not subject to any additional fees.  All COMPLETE Office users have unlimited access to telephone and remote support from our support department.
Software licensing
